Em's New Nordic began as a range of Danish-style bread, snacks, and cookies. In 2022, we expanded into Em's Bakery and opened shop on Nguyen Duy Hieu, where we added puff pastry, sweets, cakes, and more styles of freshly baked bread to our offering.
Em's Bakery provides a daily supply of fresh homemade bread, cakes, and pastry to hotels and F&B partners within Hoi An. We can also create customised cakes for special occasions. Our products are available for takeaway from our bakery and for home delivery through online services.
